The Valate family is an ancient but small Caldari dynasty with roots deeply embedded in the financial elite of New Caldari. Unlike most Caldari bloodlines that staked their future on heavy industry or military expansion, the Valates always invested in "soft power": analytics, quantum data processing, and organizational psychology.

During the First Caldari-Gallente War, the dynasty's founder, Toru Valate, proved to be a brilliant logistics coordinator. Instead of fighting on the front lines, he optimized supply chains and information flows. This analytical approach became the DNA of the future corporation.

Current Operations
Today, Valate-Ishukone Solutions functions as an elite bureau, performing three key tasks for Ishukone:
1. Technological Bridge: VISSO legally and semi-legally adapts cutting-edge civilian technologies (including Gallente developments in AI and drones) to fit strict Caldari standards.
2. Analytical Intelligence: The corporation evaluates market risks for Ishukone across other factions, with a particular focus on the Amarr Empire and the Gallente Federation.
3. Capsuleer Security and Relations: VISSO acts as a liaison between the Ishukone board of directors and independent pilots (immortal capsuleers), offering them contracts to protect research outposts and transport prototypes.
